Meet Lillian Davenport
Lillian Davenport, SPHR, SHRM –SCP, CTACC, Principal at End View Solutions, LLC, is a catalyst for creating and embracing change.
Lillian’s career spans a wide breadth of people and organizational development experience as a human resources leader at JPMorgan Chase & Co., American International Group, Inc. (AIG), and Woodforest National Bank.
She has trained and coached leaders in the U.S. and internationally and managed team transformations and enterprise-wide business process improvements, organization development, and change initiatives.
In addition, she has partnered with clients in many sectors, including renewable energy, financial services, transportation, environmental services, healthcare, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.
A sample of her client engagements includes providing organizational and career support to presidents of relocation services and rail transportation companies, and strategic planning support to a small business CEO. Additionally, she has coached an energy company’s chief human resources officer, supported candidates in two Big Four accounting firms to attain partner status successfully, and even coached a person of royalty.
Influence Digest+ recognized Lillian as one of the Top 20 Coaches in Houston in 2021.
Lillian is a Leadership Houston Alumnus, member of the Society of Human Resource Management, HR Houston, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Revitalized Pearls with Purpose Foundation.
She holds independent consultant certifications in the Hogan and Birkman Method (leadership and personality assessments) and Prosci (change management).
