Making deliberate shifts along the way, I enjoyed a corporate career filled with upward movement.  Gaining experience across industries, I advanced to Head of a global company’s North America employee relations business group, supporting more than 30,000 employees.

In 2016, I committed to bringing my passion for leadership development and diversity, equity and inclusion into a single focus, establishing End View Solutions.

I am honored to have received Influence Digest+ recognition as one of the Top 20 Coaches in Houston in 2021.

Service is important to me. I am a Leadership Houston Alumnus, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, HR Houston, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Revitalized Pearls with Purpose Foundation.

I hold independent consultant certifications in the Hogan and Birkman Method (leadership and personality assessments) and Prosci (change management).

When I’m not working with women business leaders to create a thriving career, I spend family time with my husband, son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.  I also enjoy traveling – domestic U.S. and international – hiking, scrapbooking, singing, and giving back in the community.
